Robust build quality

Great for dynamic weighing

Works as advertised

Good precision, manual could be better

The sensor itself works great and provides very stable readings under tension and compression. The documentation for the register map was a bit sparse, but support helped us figure it out quickly.

Perfect for our silo automation project

We installed four of these load cells on a grain silo. The RS485 communication is stable and the Modbus integration with our PLC was straightforward. Highly recommended for industrial weighing.

Excellent value for digital output

Switching from analog to this digital S-type saved us a lot of noise interference issues. The setup was quick and the price point is very competitive for this level of precision.

A: Yes, the S-Type design is specifically engineered for both tension (hanging) and compression applications, making it ideal for hanging scales.

Q: Is this compatible with Siemens S7-1200 PLCs?

A: Absolutely. Since it uses standard Modbus RTU over RS485, it is fully compatible with Siemens S7-1200 and most other major PLC brands.

Q: What is the maximum safe overload capacity?

A: The safe overload limit is 150% of the rated capacity, and the ultimate overload limit is 300%. Exceeding these may damage the sensor.

Q: Do you provide a sample code for reading data via Python?

A: Yes, we can email you a sample Python script using the pymodbus library upon request. Please contact our support desk with your order number.
