Good quality, but read the description
The module itself is high quality and the onboard resistor saves time. I deducted one star because I initially missed that the sensor wasn't included and had to wait for parts. Once I soldered the chip on, performance was excellent.

Robust design for industrial use
Using these in a small factory monitoring setup. The PCB is thick and durable. The 1-wire protocol allows me to daisy-chain multiple units easily. Highly recommended for anyone building custom temperature probes.

Perfect breakout board for custom sensors
Exactly what I needed. The board is well-made with clear silkscreen labels. Just remember to buy the DS18B20 chip separately as stated in the title. Soldered my own sensor on and it works flawlessly with my Arduino project.

Solid module, waterproofing is up to you
The board works great for measuring water temperature in my tank. Note that the board itself is not waterproof, so I had to enclose it in a waterproof box. The signal stability is very good though.

Great for learning electronics
Bought this for a university project. It forced me to learn proper soldering techniques since the chip wasn't pre-installed. The pinout is standard and worked immediately with the DallasTemperature library.

Reliable and compact
Small footprint makes it easy to fit into tight enclosures. The gold-plated pads make soldering the DS18B20 chip very easy. No issues with noise or data dropouts over long cables.
Q: Does this come with the DS18B20 sensor already soldered on?
A: No, this product is the module board only. The DS18B20 temperature sensor IC is not included and must be purchased separately and soldered onto the board by the user.
