Robust build quality

Reliable data transmission

Solid performance

Perfect for remote silo monitoring
We installed these modules on our grain silos where wiring was impossible. The 4G connection is stable, and the RS485 integration with our existing PLC system was seamless. The 6-digit display is bright and easy to read from a distance.
Q: Can I power this device using a solar panel setup?
A: Absolutely. Since the device operates on a wide DC 12V-24V input, it is fully compatible with standard solar panel and battery backup systems commonly used in remote agricultural or industrial sites.
Q: Does this module support direct connection to AWS IoT Core?
A: Yes, the QLST module supports MQTT protocol which allows direct integration with AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, and other major cloud platforms using standard credentials.
Q: How do I calibrate the sensor if the readings seem slightly off?
A: Calibration can be performed via the front panel buttons or remotely through Modbus commands. Please refer to section 4.2 of the user manual for the step-by-step span and zero calibration procedure.
Q: Is the SIM card included or do I need to purchase one separately?
A: The SIM card is not included. You will need to provide your own nano-SIM card with an active data plan from a local carrier that supports 4G LTE networks in your region.
Q: What is the maximum cable length for the RS485 connection to the load cell?
A: For optimal signal integrity, we recommend keeping the shielded twisted pair cable under 100 meters. If longer distances are required, signal repeaters may be necessary.
