Excellent precision for prestress testing
Using this for bridge cable tension monitoring. The linearity is excellent and it holds calibration well over time. The technical support team was also very helpful in selecting the right capacity model.

Reliable under harsh conditions
We operate in a dusty concrete plant, and the IP67 rating is no joke. These sensors have been running for three months without any signal drift or moisture issues. Worth every penny.

Perfect for our overhead crane system
We installed these sensors on our factory lifting beams last month. The installation was straightforward, and the readings are incredibly stable even under heavy dynamic loads. Highly recommended for industrial use.

Robust build quality
The steel construction feels very solid and the nickel plating seems durable against our workshop environment. Only giving 4 stars because the cable could be a bit longer for our specific setup, but overall a great product.

Good value for high tonnage
Compared to other brands, this offers better pricing for the 20-ton capacity without sacrificing accuracy. The mounting holes aligned perfectly with our existing fixtures. Fast shipping too.
Q: How often should this sensor be recalibrated?
A: For critical lifting and safety applications, we recommend annual recalibration. However, frequency may depend on usage intensity and local regulatory requirements for weighing equipment.
Q: Is a calibration certificate included with the purchase?
A: A standard factory test report is included with every unit. If you require an accredited third-party calibration certificate, please select that option at checkout or contact our sales team before ordering.
Q: Can this sensor be used for dynamic weighing on moving hoists?
A: Yes, this plate-ring sensor is designed to handle dynamic loads typical in lifting applications, provided the load does not exceed the safe working limit and shock loads are within specified parameters.
Q: Does this work with standard 4-wire or 6-wire junction boxes?
A: This sensor comes with a 4-wire configuration by default but can be adapted for 6-wire systems using our optional sense wire adapters. It is compatible with most standard industrial junction boxes.
Q: What is the thread size for the mounting holes?
A: The thread size varies by capacity model. For units up to 10 tons, it is typically M12, while capacities from 10 to 50 tons usually feature M20 or M24 threads. Please check the specific datasheet for your ordered capacity.
