Great value, minor noise floor
For the price, this module is unbeatable. The automatic gain is smooth. There is a slight hiss when no sound is present, but it's acceptable for hobbyist applications.

Perfect for Arduino voice projects
The AGC feature works flawlessly. Whether I whisper or speak loudly, the output volume remains consistent. Very easy to interface with my microcontroller.
