Works well with Raspberry Pi
Connected easily to my Pi 4 using Python libraries. The tilt angle calculations are precise enough for my balance robot. Only minor issue was the pin spacing being slightly tight for some breadboards.

Perfect for drone stabilization projects
This LSM6DS3 module works flawlessly with my Arduino setup. The I2C communication is stable, and the data from both the accelerometer and gyroscope is very clean. Great value for the price.

Good sensor, documentation could be better
The hardware quality is excellent and readings are accurate. However, finding a good library for the FIFO features took some time. Once configured, it performs exactly as expected.

Reliable and fast shipping

Excellent noise performance
Compared to older MPU6050 modules, this sensor has noticeably less noise at high sampling rates. The SPI interface option is a huge plus for high-speed data logging applications.
Q: What is the default I2C address for this sensor?
A: The default I2C address is 0x6B. If the SDO/SA0 pin is pulled high, the address changes to 0x6A, allowing two sensors on the same bus.
Q: Does this module come with header pins pre-soldered?
A: Yes, all our LSM6DS3 modules ship with standard 2.54mm header pins already soldered, ready for immediate use on breadboards.
Q: Can I use this with an ESP32 via SPI?
A: Absolutely. The module supports SPI communication. You just need to connect the CS, SCK, MOSI, and MISO pins to your ESP32's corresponding GPIOs.
Q: Do you provide sample code for reading the FIFO buffer?
A: Yes, we host a GitHub repository with example libraries for Arduino and STM32 that include full demonstrations of configuring and reading the 4KB FIFO buffer.
Q: Is there a 5V voltage regulator on the board?
A: The module includes an LDO regulator, allowing you to safely power it with either 3.3V or 5V logic levels without damaging the sensor chip.
