Solid build quality
These load cells feel very robust. We use them for cattle feed weighing. The only reason for 4 stars is that the mounting hardware could be slightly more detailed in the manual, but overall a great product.

Exceeded expectations
We needed a reliable solution for automated feeding systems. These modules have been running 24/7 without any drift or errors. Very satisfied with the purchase.
Q: Can these be used outdoors in rainy weather?
A: Absolutely. With an IP67 protection rating, these modules are designed to withstand dust and temporary immersion in water, making them suitable for outdoor silo applications.
Q: What is the maximum load capacity available for this model?
A: The SLD series is available in various capacities ranging from 500kg up to 20,000kg per module. Please select the specific capacity based on your total silo weight requirements.
Q: How often does this sensor require recalibration?
A: For optimal accuracy in livestock feeding applications, we recommend annual recalibration. However, the stable alloy design ensures minimal drift between calibration cycles.
Q: Does the package include mounting bolts?
A: The standard package includes the load cell module and basic mounting plates. Specific high-tensile bolts may need to be sourced locally depending on your structural requirements.
Q: Is this module compatible with standard digital weight indicators?
A: Yes, the SLD series outputs a standard 2.0 mV/V signal which is compatible with most commercial digital weight indicators and PLC systems.
