High precision and durability
Excellent build quality. We needed something robust for a heavy-duty hopper in a mining application, and this sensor has performed flawlessly under constant vibration and heavy loads for six months now.

Solid performance in cold weather
Installed these on an outdoor tower in a region that gets quite cold. They are still operating within spec despite temperatures dropping below -15°C. Very satisfied with the low-temperature performance.

Perfect for our grain silo upgrade
We installed four of these modules on our new grain storage silo. The installation was straightforward thanks to the clear mounting holes, and the calibration process was smooth. The readings are stable even in windy conditions.

Great value for industrial use
Compared to other brands we have used, the Lijing FW offers better value without compromising on accuracy. The signal output is consistent, making it easy to integrate with our existing PLC system.

Easy integration and support
The technical specs matched our requirements perfectly. When we had a question about the wiring diagram for a parallel connection, the support team responded quickly. Highly recommended for batch processing systems.

Reliable for chemical batching
Using these in a chemical reactor setup. They handle the corrosive environment well due to the plating. Deducted one star only because the cable length could be slightly longer for our specific tower height, but extensions worked fine.
Q: Can this module be used for dynamic weighing or only static applications?
A: This cantilever beam sensor is primarily designed for static weighing applications such as hoppers, silos, and tanks. While it can handle minor vibrations, it is not recommended for high-speed dynamic conveyor belt weighing.
Q: How many sensors are typically needed for a square hopper?
A: For a square or rectangular hopper supported at four corners, a set of four modules is standard. For round silos, three modules are often used to ensure equal load distribution, provided the structure allows for it.
Q: What is the recommended torque for the mounting bolts?
A: For optimal performance and to prevent mechanical stress errors, please refer to the specific installation manual included with your capacity rating. Generally, high-strength grade 8.8 bolts tightened to standard industrial torque specifications for the bolt diameter are required.
Q: Does this come with a calibration certificate?
A: Standard units come with a factory test report. If you require an accredited third-party calibration certificate for compliance purposes, please select the calibration add-on option at checkout or contact our sales team before ordering.
Q: Is the cable replaceable if it gets damaged on site?
A: Yes, the cable is detachable via a sealed connector or junction box depending on the specific sub-model. However, any replacement or splicing must be done carefully to maintain the IP67 protection rating and signal integrity.
