Reliable presence detection
I've tested several modules and this Hi-Link version is very stable. No random disconnects or erratic behavior. The ability to distinguish between moving and static targets is a game changer for bathroom lighting.

Superior to standard PIR
Finally a solution that knows someone is actually in the room even if they aren't walking around. I use this to control office lighting and it has saved energy by not turning off lights while I'm reading at my desk.

Good value for money
Works as advertised. The documentation could be slightly more detailed regarding the configuration commands, but there are plenty of community examples online. Detection is fast and accurate.

Perfect for Smart Home Automation
This sensor works flawlessly with my ESP32 project. It detects even slight breathing movements when I'm sitting still, which older PIR sensors missed completely. Setup was straightforward using the UART interface.

Great sensitivity, needs calibration
The detection range is impressive up to 6 meters in my hallway. Had to spend some time tweaking the sensitivity thresholds to avoid false positives from moving curtains, but once configured, it's very reliable.
