Reliable performance
Been using it for dynamic load testing. The response time is quick. Only minor issue was the cable could be slightly more flexible, but overall very satisfied.
Q: Does it come with mounting hardware?
A: The module includes threaded holes for mounting, but specific bolts and nuts are not included in the package to allow flexibility for your specific installation requirements.
Q: Can this handle off-center loading?
A: While it is designed for planar load, it has some tolerance for off-center loading. However, for maximum accuracy, we recommend ensuring the load is applied as centrally as possible on the platform.
Q: How often does this need recalibration?
A: For continuous industrial use, we recommend annual recalibration. If used in critical applications or harsh environments, semi-annual checks are advisable to maintain C3 accuracy standards.
Q: What is the warranty period for this module?
A: This product comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal industrial usage conditions.
Q: Is this sensor compatible with Arduino or Raspberry Pi?
A: Yes, since it outputs an analog mV/V signal, you will need an HX711 amplifier module or a similar load cell amplifier to interface it correctly with Arduino or Raspberry Pi GPIO pins.
