Great range, easy to use
Works flawlessly up to 3 meters in my testing. The only reason for 4 stars is that the pin headers were not pre-soldered, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Reliable altitude sensing

Perfect for robotics projects
This US-1 module is incredibly accurate compared to the standard HC-SR04. The UART interface makes coding much simpler on my Arduino project. Shipping was fast as advertised.

A: Yes, the US-1 module operates within a 2.4V to 5.5V range, making it fully compatible with 3.3V systems without needing a logic level converter.
Q: What is the maximum detection distance in outdoor conditions?
A: While the theoretical max is 400cm, outdoor factors like wind and ambient noise may reduce effective range to approximately 300cm for reliable measurements.
Q: Is the measurement output linear?
A: Yes, the output data corresponds linearly to the distance measured, which simplifies calibration and integration into control algorithms.
