Perfect for my weather station
I used the SHT30 version for my home weather station project. The readings are incredibly stable and match my professional hygrometer almost exactly. Easy to wire up with Arduino.

Fast shipping and genuine parts

Solid performance for the price
Not industrial grade, but perfect for hobbyist data logging. The digital output saves a lot of GPIO pins compared to analog sensors. Accuracy is sufficient for room monitoring.

Good value but read the datasheet
Works well for school projects. Just make sure you know the difference between the DHT11 and DHT22 pinouts before connecting, or you might get strange readings. Once set up correctly, it works great.

Reliable for plant monitoring

Needed extra libraries
The hardware is fine, but I struggled a bit finding the right library for the SHT31 on my specific board. Eventually got it working after some forum digging. Would be nice to include a QR code to resources.

A: Yes, this module operates comfortably within the 3.3V to 5V range, making it fully compatible with ESP32, ESP8266, and standard 5V Arduinos.
Q: What is the main difference between the DHT11 and DHT22 versions included?
A: The DHT22 offers higher accuracy and a wider temperature/humidity range compared to the DHT11. The DHT11 is suitable for basic room conditions, while DHT22 is better for precise measurements.
Q: How often can I request a new reading from the sensor?
A: For the DHT22 and SHT30 models, we recommend waiting at least 2 seconds between readings to ensure data stability and prevent communication errors.
Q: Can these sensors be used outdoors in the rain?
A: The sensor module itself is not waterproof. For outdoor use, please house it in a breathable enclosure or a radiation shield to protect it from direct water exposure while allowing air flow.
Q: Do I need an external pull-up resistor?
A: Most of our modules come with an onboard pull-up resistor pre-installed. You can connect the data pin directly to your microcontroller without additional components.
