Perfect for my Arduino robot car

Best sensor module I've used
I have tried several line trackers, and this 8-channel version offers the best precision. The ability to detect obstacles simultaneously is a huge plus for autonomous navigation.

Great value for the price
Bought this for my son's science project. It detects lines accurately on white paper with black tape. The only minor issue is that the sensitivity needs fine-tuning under bright lights.
Q: Is this module compatible with Raspberry Pi?
A: Yes, since it outputs digital TTL signals, it is fully compatible with Raspberry Pi GPIO pins as long as you connect the VCC to 3.3V or 5V appropriately.
Q: What is the effective detection range for obstacles?
A: The obstacle detection range is typically between 2cm and 15cm, depending on the reflectivity of the object and ambient light conditions.
Q: Can I use this outdoors?
A: While it can work outdoors, direct sunlight may interfere with the infrared sensors. We recommend using a shield or testing in shaded areas for best results.
Q: How do I adjust the sensitivity?
A: There are small blue potentiometers on the board. Use a small screwdriver to rotate them clockwise to increase sensitivity or counter-clockwise to decrease it while testing on your line.
Q: Does the package include connecting wires?
A: The module usually comes with header pins installed, but connecting jumper wires are sold separately unless specified in the bundle option.
