Works but sensitive to humidity
The sensor works well in dry conditions, but I noticed some drift when humidity got very high. Make sure your enclosure handles moisture properly.

Perfect for my Arduino greenhouse project
The output voltage is very stable and correlates well with actual CO2 levels when compared to a reference meter. Easy to wire up to an analog pin.

Solid sensor for the price
Not industrial grade, but excellent for hobbyist applications. The linearity is decent within the standard room range. Shipping was fast.

Good value, requires calibration
Works as described. Note that you need to let it warm up for a few minutes before taking readings. The 30-50mV range is accurate for the concentration changes I tested.

Great for plant growth chambers
I needed something to monitor CO2 enrichment in my grow tent. This module provides consistent data that helps me optimize ventilation cycles.
Q: What power supply current does this module draw?
A: The module typically draws about 150mA during operation due to the internal heating element. Please ensure your power source can supply at least 200mA to be safe.
Q: Is the output linear across the entire range?
A: The output is generally linear within the standard operating range, but we suggest performing a two-point calibration (fresh air and known concentration) for highest precision in critical applications.
Q: Does this module come with a library for Arduino?
A: This is an analog sensor, so no specific library is required. You simply read the voltage from the output pin using the analogRead() function and convert it based on your calibration curve.
Q: Can this detect CO2 levels below 400ppm?
A: The sensor is optimized for the 400-5000ppm range typical of indoor environments. While it may output a signal below 400ppm, accuracy is not guaranteed outside the specified range.
Q: What is the warm-up time before accurate readings can be taken?
A: We recommend allowing the sensor to warm up for approximately 2 to 3 minutes after powering on to ensure the heating element reaches stable operating temperature.
