Reliable and robust

We have deployed ten of these in our workshop machines. They have been running for months without any drift or failure. The programmable features are a nice bonus.

Good performance, slight lag at high speed

For standard robotics, it is perfect. I noticed a tiny bit of latency when spinning the shaft extremely fast, but for normal applications, it is imperceptible.

Smooth PWM output

Using this for gimbal stabilization. The PWM output is very smooth with minimal jitter. Programming the zero position via the datasheet instructions was straightforward.

Excellent value for money

Compared to optical encoders, this magnetic solution is much more durable against dust. The breakout board saves a lot of time on soldering the tiny SOIC chip.

Great sensor, mind the magnet alignment

Works flawlessly once you get the magnet aligned correctly. The non-contact feature is a huge plus for longevity. Just ensure your air gap is within the specified range.

Perfect for robotic arm joints

The resolution is excellent for my robotic arm project. The I2C communication is stable and easy to integrate with Arduino. Highly recommended for precision angle measurement.
