Perfect fit for old boxes
These extended length screws were exactly what I needed. The original screws that came with my new switches were too short for the older junction boxes in my house. These M4 screws fit perfectly and secured the panel tightly.

Exactly as described
No complaints. They are M4, they are long enough for concealed junction boxes, and they thread smoothly into the mounting points. Fast shipping too.

Good quality, slightly soft metal
The length is great for deep mounting, but be careful not to over-tighten as the metal feels slightly softer than premium stainless steel. Still, they held up well for standard residential use.

Works but head strips easily
The length is correct, but I stripped the head of one screw while using a manual driver. Had to use pliers to get it out. Use a power drill on low torque if possible.

Standard electrician staple
Keep a box of these in the van at all times. They are essential for when you encounter non-standard depth back boxes. The zinc plating looks durable enough for indoor environments.
Q: Will these screws work with standard US electrical boxes?
A: These screws are designed specifically for Type 86 panels, which are common in Europe and Asia. US standard boxes typically use #6-32 or #8-32 screws, so these M4 screws may not be compatible without an adapter.
Q: Are these suitable for outdoor use?
A: These screws have a zinc-plated finish which offers some resistance to corrosion, but they are primarily intended for indoor concealed junction boxes. For outdoor exposure, we recommend stainless steel variants.
Q: Can these be used to mount heavy light fixtures?
A: These screws are designed for securing switch panels and socket faceplates to junction boxes. They are not rated for supporting the weight of heavy light fixtures; please use appropriate mounting hardware for fixtures.
Q: Do I need a special screwdriver for these?
A: No special tool is required. These screws feature a standard Phillips PH2 drive head, which works with any common Phillips screwdriver.
Q: What is the exact length of the screw from head to tip?
A: The total length of the screw is 35mm. This includes the head and the threaded shaft, making it ideal for deeper recessed mounting scenarios.
