Perfect fit for our conveyor system

Good quality, slight delay in shipping
The bushing itself is excellent quality. The graphite impregnation works well under high load. Only giving 4 stars because the custom processing took a few days longer than estimated, but the product performance makes up for it.

Solid industrial component
Does exactly what it says. The oil impregnation keeps things running smooth without needing constant greasing. Would be 5 stars if they offered smaller minimum order quantities for prototyping.

Great for chemical exposure
Using these in a pump application where occasional chemical splashes occur. The MC Nylon holds up much better than our previous rubber components. Very satisfied with the durability.

Excellent wear resistance
Replaced standard metal bushings with these nylon liners. After three months of continuous operation in a dusty environment, there is virtually no wear visible. The noise reduction is also a nice bonus.
Q: Do you provide technical data sheets with the shipment?
A: Absolutely. Every batch comes with a digital copy of the Material Data Sheet (MDS) including mechanical properties and thermal limits. A physical copy can be included upon request at checkout.
Q: Can I return the item if the custom dimensions are incorrect due to my error?
A: Since these are custom-manufactured items made to your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors made by the customer. Please double-check your drawings before ordering.
Q: Is this material suitable for underwater applications?
A: Yes, MC Nylon has low water absorption compared to standard nylon, and the self-lubricating properties work well in wet environments. However, prolonged submersion may slightly affect dimensional stability over time.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom cut with an ID of 50mm and OD of 65mm?
A: Standard custom cuts usually ship within 3-5 business days. If you require specific tolerance certifications, please allow an additional 2 days for quality inspection.
Q: Can these bushings be used in food processing machinery?
A: While MC Nylon is generally safe, this specific graphite-oil impregnated grade is designed for heavy industrial use. For direct food contact applications, we recommend checking our FDA-compliant white nylon series instead.
