Good quality, slight delay in shipping
The machined parts are of high quality and fit perfectly into our assembly. The material feels durable. Only reason for 4 stars is the shipping took a few days longer than estimated.

Solid material for industrial use
Using these for bushings in an agricultural machine. They hold up well against dust and moderate moisture. Would prefer if they offered a black color option for UV resistance outdoors.

Cost-effective alternative to metal
Switched from bronze to these nylon liners to reduce costs and weight. Performance has been consistent over three months of continuous operation. Highly recommend for non-extreme heat applications.

Perfect for heavy-duty machinery
We ordered custom shaft sleeves for our conveyor system. The oil-impregnated nylon performs exceptionally well under high load, reducing the need for external lubrication. Precision was spot on.

Excellent self-lubricating properties
Replaced metal liners with these nylon blocks. Noise levels dropped significantly, and wear resistance is impressive. Great solution for food processing equipment where oil contamination is a concern.
Q: How does the oil impregnation affect adhesion if I need to glue the part?
A: The self-lubricating oil can reduce bond strength. We recommend light sanding of the bonding surface and using a two-part epoxy specifically formulated for polyamides to ensure a strong hold.
Q: What is the maximum size limitation for a single custom block?
A: Our standard stock rods go up to 2000mm in length and 500mm in diameter. For larger dimensions, we can source special billets, though lead times may increase.
Q: Can you machine parts based on a STEP file I provide?
A: Yes, we accept STEP, IGES, and STL files for custom CNC machining. Please upload your file during the order process or contact our engineering team for a quote.
Q: Is this material suitable for contact with drinking water?
A: While nylon is generally inert, our standard oil-impregnated grade is designed for industrial mechanical use. For potable water contact, please request our FDA-compliant virgin nylon variant.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for orders over 500 units?
A: Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Please submit a request for quotation (RFQ) with your required quantity and specifications for a customized price list.
