Precise custom machining
Provided complex CAD drawings for specific pad blocks. The final products matched the specifications exactly. The surface finish is smooth, and the dimensional accuracy is excellent.

Solid material for industrial use

Perfect for heavy-duty machinery

Excellent self-lubricating properties
Replaced metal liners with these nylon blocks. Noise levels dropped significantly, and wear resistance is impressive. Great solution for food processing equipment where oil contamination is a concern.
Q: How does the oil impregnation affect adhesion if I need to glue the part?
A: The self-lubricating oil can reduce bond strength. We recommend light sanding of the bonding surface and using a two-part epoxy specifically formulated for polyamides to ensure a strong hold.
Q: What is the maximum size limitation for a single custom block?
A: Our standard stock rods go up to 2000mm in length and 500mm in diameter. For larger dimensions, we can source special billets, though lead times may increase.
Q: Can you machine parts based on a STEP file I provide?
A: Yes, we accept STEP, IGES, and STL files for custom CNC machining. Please upload your file during the order process or contact our engineering team for a quote.
Q: Is this material suitable for contact with drinking water?
A: While nylon is generally inert, our standard oil-impregnated grade is designed for industrial mechanical use. For potable water contact, please request our FDA-compliant virgin nylon variant.
