Excellent upgrade for beginner instruments
Replaced the cheap plastic parts on my daughter's rental violin. The difference in comfort and sound potential is noticeable immediately. Highly recommended.

Great for multiple sizes
I teach violin and bought this to have spares for different student sizes. The adjustability works well across 1/4 to 4/4 sizes. One screw was slightly tight but manageable.

Perfect fit for my student's 1/2 size violin
The ebony chin rest is smooth and comfortable. The bridge blank was high quality, though I did take it to a luthier for final shaping. Great value for the price.

Good quality wood, needs professional setup
The materials are excellent, but remember the bridge comes unfinished. You must carve it to fit your specific instrument. The chin rest installed easily on my 4/4 violin.

Very sturdy clamps and the felt protectors prevent scratching. The maple grain on the bridge looks beautiful even before carving. Fast shipping too.
