Good value for money
For the price, you get a lot of utility. The build quality feels sturdy enough for a humid darkroom environment. The only improvement I'd suggest is a backlight option for extremely dim rooms.

Perfect for my wet darkroom setup

Essential tool for serious printers
I upgraded from a single-channel timer and the difference is night and day. Being able to run multiple tests with different exposure times on separate channels saves so much paper and chemicals. Highly recommended.

Great functionality, simple design
Does exactly what it promises. The buttons are responsive and the countdown alarms are audible but not startling. I deducted one star because the power cord could be a bit longer for my specific bench layout.
Q: Is this suitable for color processing temperature monitoring?
A: While this is a timer and not a thermometer, you can use the channels to track immersion times for color processing steps. However, you will need a separate thermometer to monitor chemical temperatures.
Q: Can each channel be set to count up instead of down?
A: Yes, each of the ten channels can be independently configured to either count up (stopwatch mode) or count down (timer mode) depending on your specific processing needs.
Q: Does it retain settings if the power goes out?
A: The Tuohaijia timer does not have an internal battery backup. If power is lost, the timer will reset, and you will need to re-enter your time settings once power is restored.
Q: What is the length of the included power cable?
A: The included AC power adapter cable is approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet) long. Extension cords rated for electronics can be used if a greater distance is required.
Q: Is the alarm sound adjustable or can it be muted?
A: The device features a volume control switch that allows you to adjust the alarm loudness or mute it completely, though we recommend keeping some audio feedback for safety.
