Good service, confusing upload portal
The development quality is top-notch, but the website for downloading the scans was a bit glitchy when I tried to access my files. Support helped me resolve it quickly though.

Best scans I've received
The 4000dpi scans are incredibly detailed. I was able to make large prints without any loss of quality. Free shipping is a huge bonus for heavy bulk roll canisters.

Reliable and consistent

Great ECN2 processing, slight delay
The rem-jet removal on my Eastman Double-X was perfect, no scratches at all. Took about 8 days instead of 5, but the quality made up for the wait. Will order again.

Q: Is the free shipping available for international orders?
A: Currently, the free two-way shipping offer is valid for addresses within the continental United States only. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you remove the rem-jet layer for ECN2 films?
A: Yes, we utilize a specialized mechanical and chemical bath to completely remove the rem-jet layer before processing to ensure no damage to your cameras or scanners.
Q: What happens if a roll comes out completely blank?
A: If a roll is blank due to our processing error, we re-process it for free or issue a credit. If the error occurred during loading or shooting, we provide a complimentary re-scan attempt if applicable.
Q: How are the bulk rolls returned if I don't have empty canisters?
A: We provide new, light-tight plastic canisters for the return shipment of your exposed negatives at no extra cost. You do not need to send your own containers.
Q: Can I choose not to get scans and just receive the negatives?
A: Absolutely. During checkout, you can select the 'Negatives Only' option to reduce the price. We will still email you a low-res contact sheet for reference.
