Great hardware, documentation could be better
The recording quality is crystal clear and the USB connection is stable. However, the developer documentation for the secondary development kit is a bit sparse. Once you figure it out, it works great.

Easy setup and reliable
Plug and play setup was incredibly simple. We are using it primarily for the caller ID display feature and it has improved our customer service response time significantly.

Solid performance for the price
Does exactly what it says. Records both sides of the conversation clearly and the pop-up feature is very handy. Deducting one star because the software interface looks a bit dated.

Perfect for our office integration

If you are building a custom call logging solution, this is the best budget option available. The API allows for deep customization of how call data is stored and displayed.

A: The device displays whatever information is transmitted by the telephone company. If the caller has blocked their ID or the provider does not send the data, the device cannot display it.

Q: Can this record multiple lines simultaneously?
A: No, this unit is a single-channel recorder. To record multiple lines simultaneously, you would need to purchase multiple units and connect them to separate USB ports.
