Good hardware, software needs update

The hardware feels solid and records well, but the bundled software interface looks a bit dated. It works fine on Windows 11, but could use a modern UI refresh.

Great SDK for custom integration

Bought this specifically for the secondary development kit. The documentation is decent, and I managed to integrate it into our internal CRM within a few days. Would give 5 stars if the API examples were more extensive.

A: The device requires the computer to be on for recording and pop-up features. If power is lost, recording stops. We recommend using a UPS for critical environments to ensure continuous operation.

Q: Can I expand this from 2 channels to 8 later?

A: Yes, you can upgrade to 4 or 8 channels by purchasing the additional expansion modules and using the provided Secondary Development Kit to configure the system.

Q: Does the pop-up screen work on dual monitor setups?

A: Yes, the software supports dual monitors. You can configure which screen displays the caller ID pop-up in the settings menu.

Q: Does this device work with VoIP lines or only analog?
