Solid build quality
Feels very durable and professional. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the user manual could be more detailed regarding network configuration, but support helped me out.

Perfect for our small office

Reliable standalone solution

Excellent display and interface
The 7-inch screen is responsive and bright. Being able to visually see the call logs and play them back directly on the device without a PC is a huge productivity booster.

Great hardware, minor learning curve
The recording quality is crystal clear, and the voicemail integration works seamlessly. It took a day to figure out all the search filters, but once configured, it's very efficient.

We use this for customer service training and compliance. The keyword search feature helps us find specific conversations instantly. Highly recommended for business use.
Q: Is the hard drive included or do I need to purchase it separately?
A: The hard drive and SD cards are sold separately to allow you to choose the capacity that best fits your retention policies and budget.
Q: How do I export a specific call recording to my email?
A: You can select the desired recording from the touchscreen interface or web portal, click the 'Share' button, and enter the recipient's email address. The system will send the file in MP3 or WAV format.
Q: What happens if the power goes out? Will we lose recent recordings?
A: The device includes a battery backup that ensures safe shutdown and saves any active recording to the storage drive before powering off, preventing data loss.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP phone lines or only traditional analog lines?
A: The Zipei Recorder primarily supports traditional analog RJ11 lines. For VoIP systems, it can be connected via an ATA adapter or through the Ethernet port depending on your network configuration.
