Good hardware, basic features
The recording quality is excellent and the build feels sturdy. However, if you are looking for cloud integration or smartphone app control, this isn't it. It is a purely standalone device, which is fine for my needs but worth noting.

Perfect for my home office

Solid performer

Great value, simple interface
Does exactly what it says on the box. No software installation needed which is a huge plus for me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the manual could be slightly more detailed regarding the voice activation sensitivity settings.

Reliable and standalone

Saved me during a dispute
We had a disagreement with a vendor about what was promised over the phone. Having this recorder allowed us to pull up the exact conversation instantly. It paid for itself immediately. Highly recommend for small business owners.

A: Recordings are saved directly to the SD card, so they remain safe even during a power outage. If you have batteries installed in the backup compartment, the device will continue to operate and record new calls until power is restored.

Q: Can I transfer the recorded files to my computer easily?
A: Yes, simply remove the SD card from the device and insert it into your computer's card reader or use an SD adapter. The files are stored in a standard audio format that can be played on most media players.
Q: Is there a way to know when the SD card is full?
A: Yes, the LCD screen will display a 'Memory Full' indicator when the storage capacity is reached. At this point, the device will stop recording new messages until space is freed up or the card is replaced.
