Good hardware, manual could be better
The phone itself is sturdy and the display is sharp. However, the instructions for linking the inspection platform were a bit vague. Customer support helped me figure it out eventually.

Great for remote monitoring

Perfect for our security desk

Reliable but setup takes time
The call forwarding feature works exactly as described. It took about 30 minutes to configure the inspection platform settings, but once done, it has been very stable.

Works well with our existing fixed line infrastructure. The outbound calling feature is smooth, and the build quality feels durable enough for high-traffic areas.
Q: What happens to the call recording if the power goes out?
A: The device has internal memory buffer protection. While active recording stops during a power outage, previously saved recordings remain secure on the storage medium.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP systems or only traditional copper lines?
A: This model is designed primarily for traditional PSTN copper landline connections. It may not be fully compatible with pure VoIP setups without an analog telephone adapter.
Q: Is there a limit to how many mobile numbers can receive forwarded calls?
A: The device supports programming up to 5 distinct mobile numbers for call forwarding sequences. You can manage these lists through the device menu or the connected software.
Q: Can I export the call logs to a CSV file for the inspection platform?
A: Yes, you can export call logs and recording metadata via the USB port directly to a computer, where they can be saved as CSV files for analysis.
Q: Does the screen show the name of the caller if available in the directory?
A: Yes, if the caller ID information includes a name and your system supports CNAM, the LCD screen will display both the number and the registered name.
