Excellent customer support too
Had a question about SD card compatibility, and the support team answered quickly. The device itself is robust and handles high call volumes without issues.

Perfect for small business records
This device works exactly as described. Setup was incredibly easy without needing a computer. The sound quality is clear, and the SD card storage makes retrieving old calls simple.

Does what it says
Simple plug-and-play solution. The caller ID display is a nice bonus. Only giving 4 stars because the buttons are a little small, but functionality is top-notch.

Great value, minor learning curve
Once I figured out the menu system, this recorder has been fantastic. It captures both sides of the conversation clearly. I wish the manual was slightly more detailed, but overall very happy.

Reliable and standalone
I needed something that didn't rely on my laptop being on all the time. This unit runs independently and saves everything directly to the card. Highly recommend for home offices.

Good hardware, basic features
The recording quality is good, but the interface feels a bit dated. It does the job well for basic call logging, just don't expect advanced software features.
Q: Is there a monthly subscription fee?
A: No, there are absolutely no monthly fees or subscriptions. Once you purchase the device and an SD card, all recording and storage services are free to use indefinitely.
Q: Does this work with VoIP phone systems?
A: This device is designed specifically for standard analog landline connections. It may not be compatible with digital VoIP systems without an analog telephone adapter (ATA).
Q: Can I listen to recordings directly on the device?
A: Yes, the device features a built-in speaker and navigation buttons that allow you to browse and play back recorded calls directly without removing the SD card.
Q: What is the maximum SD card size supported?
A: The Arteck AR100/AR120 supports SD cards up to 32GB in capacity. We recommend using Class 10 cards for optimal recording performance.
Q: How do I transfer files to my computer if needed?
A: You can simply remove the SD card from the device and insert it into any computer with an SD card reader to copy, backup, or manage your audio files.
