Sturdy and well-made
The aluminum feels premium and not flimsy like plastic ones I've tried before. It screws on easily and holds the pencil securely.
Q: Does it come in other colors?
A: Currently, we only stock this model in Matte Black to match most professional art tools and cosmetic packaging.
Q: Can I use this with mechanical pencils?
A: No, this product is intended for wooden pencils only. Mechanical pencils usually have different diameters and mechanisms that are not compatible.
Q: Is the interior rubber or metal?
A: The interior features a soft rubber gasket to ensure a tight grip on pencils of varying wear levels without damaging the wood.
Q: How do I clean the inside if graphite builds up?
A: You can simply unscrew the collar and wipe the interior rubber gasket with a dry cloth or a slightly damp tissue to remove graphite residue.
Q: Will this fit thick drafting pencils?
A: This extender is designed for standard diameter pencils (approx. 7-8mm). It may be too loose for oversized drafting pencils unless wrapped slightly with tape.
