Perfect replacement for my Vyper

Excellent upgrade component

Easy installation for beginners

Works but thermistor wire is short
The hotend functions correctly and prints look good. However, the thermistor wire was a bit shorter than I expected, making cable management inside the head a little tight.

Good quality, fast shipping
The build quality feels solid. The brass nozzle heats up evenly. I deducted one star because the included fan was slightly louder than my original one, but it works well enough.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: This kit includes the hotend assembly, heater, thermistor, and cooling fan. A silicone sock is not included in this specific package but can be purchased separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Kobra series?
A: No, this specific assembly is designed exclusively for the Anycubic Vyper and Chiron models. The mounting points differ for the Kobra series.
Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installing this?
A: Yes, whenever you replace the hotend or nozzle, it is highly recommended to re-level your print bed and adjust the Z-offset to ensure optimal first-layer adhesion.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this nozzle?
A: The standard nozzle included is brass, which is not recommended for abrasive filaments as it will wear out quickly. You would need to swap the nozzle for a hardened steel one compatible with E3D V5 threads.
