Perfect for my student projects
The matte finish on this Youth Edition filament is fantastic. It hides layer lines very well, making my prints look professional without needing post-processing. Works flawlessly on my Bambu printer.

Nice matte effect
The matte finish gives a unique look compared to standard glossy PLA. It did require a slight adjustment in flow rate on my Topo printer, but once dialed in, the results were beautiful.

Consistent and reliable
As a teacher running a 3D printing club, consistency is key. This R3D filament has been incredibly consistent across multiple spools. No jams, great adhesion, and the kids love the matte texture.

Excellent value for money
For the price point, you really cannot beat this filament. It prints cleanly at 205 degrees and the dimensional accuracy seems spot on. Highly recommend for daily printing tasks.

Great quality, vibrant colors
I bought this for my home office setup. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures. Printing was smooth with no clogs. Only giving 4 stars because the spool packaging was slightly dented upon arrival, but the filament itself was fine.

Zero warping issues
I often struggle with warping on larger prints, but this filament stayed flat on the bed every time. The 'Youth Edition' branding suggests it's for beginners, but the quality is pro-level.

A: Absolutely. Since this is a universal 1.75mm PLA filament, it is fully compatible with the Creality Ender 3 V2 and most other FDM printers.
Q: Is this filament biodegradable?
A: Yes, PLA is a bioplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch and is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions.
Q: What is the recommended retraction setting for this matte PLA?
A: We recommend starting with a retraction distance of 4-5mm for direct drive extruders and 6-7mm for Bowden setups, adjusting as needed for your specific printer.
