My go-to for functional parts

I've printed several replacement gears and hinges for office chairs. They hold up much better than standard PLA or regular PETG. Highly recommend for durability.

Strong but requires hardened nozzle

The print quality is excellent and the layers bond well. Just remember you absolutely need a hardened steel nozzle, or this will eat through brass very quickly. Otherwise, fantastic material.

Perfect for my Bambu Lab H2S

Great value for CF filament

Compared to other brands, SUNLU offers great performance at a better price point. The only reason for 4 stars is that it can be slightly stringy if retraction isn't tuned perfectly.

Q: Do I need a specific type of nozzle to print this filament?

A: Yes, because this filament contains 10% carbon fiber, it is abrasive. We strongly recommend using a hardened steel nozzle to prevent premature wear on brass nozzles.

Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P as well?

A: Absolutely. While optimized for the H2S, this 1.75mm filament works perfectly with any printer capable of printing abrasive materials, including the P1P, X1C, and other standard FDM printers with hardened hotends.

Q: Does this come with a reusable spool?

A: Yes, our 1kg spools are designed to be reusable and are compatible with most filament drying boxes and multi-material systems.

Q: What are the recommended drying settings if the filament absorbs moisture?

A: If you notice bubbling or reduced surface quality, we recommend drying the spool at 65°C for 4-6 hours in a filament dryer before printing.

Q: Can I print without an enclosure?

A: PETG-CF generally does not require an enclosed chamber, but keeping the ambient temperature stable and avoiding drafts will help prevent warping on larger prints.
