No more frequent changes

I used to change my nozzle every few weeks due to abrasion from glow-in-the-dark filament. These hardened steel nozzles have lasted three months with zero degradation in print quality. A must-have upgrade.

Cute design, serious performance

Who knew a nozzle could look this cool? The chicken etching is surprisingly detailed. More importantly, the print quality on my PETG projects has improved with sharper overhangs. No clogs so far after 200 hours of printing.

Perfect for abrasive filaments

I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The standard brass ones wore out in two prints, but these have been going strong for months. The chicken print design is a fun touch and makes them easy to identify in my toolbox.

Solid performer

Does exactly what it says. It handles high-temperature ABS without deforming. I deducted one star only because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the nozzles themselves arrived undamaged and work perfectly.

Best upgrade for the price

Fantastic value for a 5-pack. I use these for all my engineering prototypes now. The heat transfer seems just as good as brass, but without the wear issues. Highly recommend for anyone printing with filled materials.

Great quality, slightly tricky install

The build quality is excellent and the flow rate is very consistent. I had to be careful during installation not to cross-thread since the steel is harder than the hotend block, but once seated, it works flawlessly with my Bambu printer.

A: The chicken print is a unique laser-etched design element added for brand recognition and ease of handling. It does not affect the performance or structural integrity of the nozzle.

Q: Can I use these with PLA at standard temperatures?

A: Absolutely. While designed for high-wear and high-temp applications, they work perfectly fine with standard PLA at 190-220°C. You may need to increase the temperature by about 5-10°C compared to brass due to different thermal conductivity.

Q: How many nozzles are included in one kit?

A: Each kit contains 5 individual hardened steel nozzles, along with a small cleaning needle for maintenance.

Q: Do I need a special tool to install these?

A: We recommend using a proper nozzle wrench or a deep socket wrench (7mm) to ensure torque is applied correctly without stripping the hex head. Avoid using pliers if possible to prevent surface damage.

Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
