Consistent extrusion
I've noticed much more consistent extrusion rates since installing this nozzle. There are fewer clogs when switching between different materials, and the layer adhesion looks fantastic.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The print quality is excellent and the heat distribution seems very even. Installation took a bit longer than expected because I had to ensure the hotend was at the exact right temperature to avoid stripping threads, but once on, it works flawlessly.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this bi-metal nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has held up perfectly. My old brass nozzle wore out in two prints, but this one shows no signs of wear after several spools.

If you own a QIDI Plus 4, this is a must-have accessory. The bi-metal construction offers the best of both worlds: the thermal conductivity of copper and the durability of steel. Highly recommended.

Good value for money
Solid build quality. It's not as cheap as a standard brass nozzle, but considering how long it lasts with abrasive materials, it pays for itself quickly. Deducting one star only because shipping took a few days longer than estimated.

No more clogging issues
I was constantly battling clogs with my previous setup. Since installing the QIDI bi-metal nozzle, my prints have been smooth and uninterrupted. The internal surface finish seems very polished.
Q: Does this come in different sizes like 0.2mm or 0.6mm?
A: Currently, this specific listing is for the 0.4mm diameter nozzle, which is the standard size for most applications. We do offer other sizes in separate listings; please check our store catalog for 0.2mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm options compatible with the Plus 4.
