Works well but shipping was slow
The product itself is fine and does what it says. However, the package took two weeks to arrive, which delayed my project. The parts are genuine though.

A: Both the thermistor and heater cartridge wires are approximately 1 meter (39 inches) long, which fits most standard printer wiring harnesses.
Q: Is this compatible with the Creality Ender 3 V2?
A: Yes, this MK8 style extruder print head is fully compatible with the Ender 3 V2 and most other printers using the standard MK8 system.
Q: Do I need any special tools to install this?
A: You will typically need a small hex key set, a wrench for the nozzle, and possibly pliers. Basic electronics knowledge for connecting the wires is also recommended.
Q: Does the heater cartridge come pre-installed?
A: No, this is a DIY kit. The heater cartridge, thermistor, and nozzles are included separately so you can assemble or replace specific components as needed.
Q: Can I use this with high-temperature filaments like Polycarbonate?
A: While the heater can reach high temperatures, the brass nozzle is best suited for PLA, ABS, and PETG. For Polycarbonate, we recommend upgrading to a hardened steel nozzle separately.
