Smooth extrusion
The internal bore is incredibly smooth. I haven't experienced any clogging issues since installing this on my office prototype printer. Highly recommended for professional use.

Good value
Solid construction. It took a little extra torque to tighten compared to my old nozzles, likely due to the thread precision, but once seated, it performs flawlessly.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints
I switched from a brass nozzle to this hardened steel one specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. The difference in wear resistance is night and day. After 2kg of filament, the nozzle still looks brand new.

Long lasting performance
I run a small batch production line in my office and this nozzle has handled over 5kg of abrasive filament without any degradation in print quality. Excellent product.

Essential upgrade for abrasive materials
If you are printing anything with glass fibers or glow-in-the-dark filaments, do not hesitate. This nozzle saves money in the long run by not needing replacement every few prints.

Durable but requires higher temps
Great build quality and very durable. Just note that because it's steel, heat transfer is slightly different than brass, so I had to increase my print temperature by about 5 degrees for optimal flow.
Q: Can I use this for printing pure metal filaments?
A: This nozzle is designed for polymer filaments reinforced with abrasive particles (like carbon or glass fiber). It is not suitable for pure metal filaments which require specialized high-temperature hotends and often different nozzle geometries.
Q: What is the expected lifespan compared to a brass nozzle?
A: When printing with abrasive filaments, a hardened steel nozzle can last 10 to 20 times longer than a standard brass nozzle. For non-abrasive filaments like standard PLA, the lifespan is effectively indefinite under normal use.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with Creality Ender 3 printers?
A: Yes, this nozzle features a standard M6 thread and is fully compatible with the Ender 3 series, provided you are using a hotend that accepts M6 nozzles like the stock V6-style hotend.
Q: Will this work with 1.75mm filament only?
A: Yes, this nozzle is optimized for 1.75mm filament diameter, which is the industry standard for most desktop FDM printers compatible with this mount type.
Q: Does this come with a gasket or seal?
A: The nozzle itself does not include a separate gasket as it is designed to create a metal-to-metal seal when properly tightened against the heater block. However, we recommend checking your specific hotend requirements for thermal paste or additional sealing if needed.
