Great heat retention
The ceramic heating element heats up very quickly and maintains temperature well. The silicone sleeve is a nice touch for safety. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions could be slightly more detailed for beginners.

Good value replacement
My original hotend wore out after months of heavy use. This replacement fits perfectly and seems just as good as the OEM part. Printing speed hasn't been compromised at all.

Essential for high-temp materials
If you plan on printing ABS or ASA on the A1, this is a must-have. The high-temperature resistance is genuine, and I haven't experienced any clogging issues since installing it last month.

Perfect upgrade for carbon fiber
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle to print some carbon fiber reinforced PLA, and it works flawlessly. The installation on my A1 mini was straightforward, and the print quality remains sharp even at high speeds.

Zero regrets
Upgraded my A1 with this assembly and the consistency in layer adhesion has improved. The hardened steel really makes a difference when switching between different filament types without worrying about wear.

Solid build quality
Feels very robust compared to the stock brass nozzle. The anti-scald insulation works great, preventing accidental burns during bed leveling or maintenance. Highly recommended for daily users.
Q: Does the package include the thermistor and heater cartridge pre-installed?
A: Yes, the unit comes as a complete assembly with the ceramic heating element and thermistor already installed and tested, ready for direct replacement.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard Bambu Lab A1 as well as the Mini version?
A: Yes, this hotend assembly is designed to be fully compatible with both the Bambu Lab A1 and the A1 mini models.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature for this assembly?
A: The assembly is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, which covers most high-temperature engineering filaments available on the market.
Q: How difficult is it to replace the hotend on an A1 mini?
A: The process is user-friendly and typically takes about 10-15 minutes. You will need to heat the old hotend to remove it, swap the connector, and secure the new unit. Detailed video guides are available on our support page.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with abrasive filaments like wood-fill or glow-in-the-dark PLA?
A: Absolutely. The hardened steel construction is specifically engineered to resist wear from abrasive materials, making it ideal for wood-fill, glow-in-the-dark, and carbon fiber composites.
