Solved my heat creep issues
My old hotend struggled with heat creep when printing at higher speeds. This ceramic block dissipates heat much better, allowing me to push my Neptune 4 Max to its limits without failures.

Perfect upgrade for high-temp materials
I switched to this ceramic hotend kit to print more ABS and Nylon, and the difference is night and day. The temperature stability is excellent, and I haven't experienced any clogging since installation.

Essential for serious printing
If you own a Neptune 4 Plus, this kit is a must-have. The ceramic insulation keeps the heat exactly where it needs to be, resulting in smoother layers and better adhesion.
Q: What is the maximum safe continuous operating temperature?
A: The kit is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Brief spikes slightly above this are tolerated, but we recommend staying within the 300°C limit for component longevity.
Q: Do I need to update my firmware after installing this?
A: Generally, no firmware update is required as the thermal properties are similar to the stock setup. However, you may want to recalibrate your PID settings for optimal temperature control.
Q: Does this come with a new thermistor or do I reuse the old one?
A: The kit includes a brand new high-temperature thermistor pre-installed in the heater block, so you do not need to reuse your old sensor.
Q: Is this kit compatible with the original Neptune 4 (non-Plus/Max)?
A: No, this specific kit is designed exclusively for the geometry of the Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max models. Please check our store for the standard Neptune 4 version.
Q: Can I use this hotend with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: While the ceramic block handles high temperatures well, the included brass nozzle is not hardened. For abrasive filaments, we recommend purchasing a separate hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle compatible with M6 threads.
