Great quality, minor fitment issue
Overall excellent build quality. The brass nozzle provided smooth extrusion. I had to slightly adjust the mounting screw alignment on my specific hotend model, but once installed, it works flawlessly.

Robust and reliable
I use this for printing carbon-fiber filled PLA. The hardened steel nozzle shows no signs of wear after 2kg of filament. The ceramic insulation keeps the heat exactly where it needs to be.

Good value bundle
Getting both brass and steel nozzles in the pack is convenient. The thermal paste included was a nice touch. Deducting one star only because the instructions were a bit sparse.

Upgrade worth every penny
Switched from a standard aluminum block and the difference is night and day. Temperature fluctuations are virtually non-existent even at 150mm/s printing speeds.
Q: Is this compatible with Ender 3 stock hotends?
A: Yes, this block is designed to be compatible with standard V6 style hotends, which includes the modified hotends often found on Ender 3 printers. You may need to check your specific wiring harness length.
Q: Does the package include a silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone insulation sock is sold separately. However, the ceramic material itself provides excellent heat retention even without a sock.
Q: What is the thread pitch for the nozzles?
A: The nozzles feature a standard M6 thread pitch, which is the industry standard for most desktop 3D printer hotends.
Q: Can I use this with PETG filament?
A: Absolutely. The temperature range of this heater block is perfectly suitable for PETG, as well as PLA, ABS, and other common engineering filaments.
Q: How do I install the thermistor?
A: The block has a dedicated port for the thermistor. Insert the sensor fully into the hole and secure it with the small set screw provided on the side of the block. Ensure good contact for accurate readings.
