Excellent spare parts kit
I bought this as a backup kit for my workshop. Having a complete assembly ready to swap in case of a clog or failure is a lifesaver. The components feel durable and well-made.

Great for high-temp materials
I primarily print with ABS and PETG, and this hotend handles the heat very well. No sagging or deformation observed. The single mount design fits my frame perfectly.

Perfect replacement for my old hotend
This kit arrived quickly and had all the necessary components to upgrade my printer. The machining on the heater block is precise, and the nozzle seats perfectly without leaks. My print quality improved immediately after installation.

Solid build quality
I've installed dozens of hotends over the years, and this V6 clone is surprisingly robust. The thermal conductivity seems great, and it heats up evenly. Highly recommended for DIY upgrades.

Works but required some tweaking
It works fine now, but I had to adjust the PID settings significantly to get stable temperatures. The thermistor reading was slightly off compared to my original part. Once calibrated, prints are good.

Good value but instructions could be better
The hardware quality is excellent for the price. Everything fits well together. I deducted one star because the wiring diagram was a bit vague, but if you have experience with 3D printers, it's an easy install.
Q: How long is the thermistor wire?
A: The thermistor wires are approximately 1 meter in length, which should be sufficient for most standard printer configurations.
Q: Is this compatible with a 24V power supply?
A: Yes, this kit supports both 12V and 24V systems. Please ensure you select the correct voltage option at checkout or verify the heater cartridge rating upon arrival.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, this specific kit includes the metal components (block, throat, nozzle), heater, and thermistor. Silicone socks are sold separately.
Q: Can I use this for printing PLA only?
A: Absolutely. While this hotend is capable of reaching temperatures suitable for engineering filaments like ABS or Nylon, it works perfectly fine for PLA as well.
Q: What is the thread size for the nozzle?
A: The nozzle features a standard M6 thread, which is compatible with most E3D V6 style setups.
