Excellent thermal performance
Switched to this for printing high-temperature materials. The copper distributes heat very evenly. No issues with the PT100 sensor fitting into the designated hole.

Works as expected
Does exactly what it says. Installation was straightforward. Only giving 4 stars because the included screws were slightly softer than I expected, but the block itself is great.

Good quality, tight tolerances
The machining quality is very high. It was a bit tight getting the thermistor in initially, but once seated, it holds well. Great value for the price compared to OEM parts.

Perfect fit for my V6 upgrade

Solid replacement part
My old heater block got stripped threads. This Mellow replacement solved the issue immediately. Threads are clean and the nozzle seals without any leaks.
