Durable and reliable
I've been running this nozzle for over 50 hours of print time now with no clogs or issues. The brass construction seems very durable. It's a great spare part to have on hand.

Excellent flow rate
The volcano style allows for much higher flow rates compared to the standard nozzle. Great for printing larger drafts without sacrificing too much detail. Works flawlessly with PLA and PETG.

Perfect upgrade for my Kobra 2
This brass volcano nozzle fits perfectly on my Anycubic Kobra 2. The print quality improved immediately with better layer adhesion. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their stock hotend.

Good value, easy install
Installation was straightforward and took less than 10 minutes. The brass material heats up quickly. I deducted one star only because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the product itself is solid.

Works as described
As a beginner, I was worried about installing this myself, but the universal fit made it easy. Prints look crisp. Just make sure to level your bed again after swapping the head.

Best replacement part
We use these for our fleet of Kobra printers in the office. Consistent quality across all units we ordered. The thermal conductivity of the brass is excellent for stable extrusion.
Q: Will this improve printing speed?
A: Yes, the Volcano style heating chamber allows for faster melting of the filament, which can enable higher printing speeds while maintaining good layer adhesion, provided your slicer settings are adjusted accordingly.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Anycubic Kobra (non-2)?
A: This specific model is designed for the Kobra 2, Neo, and Max series. While the thread size is standard M6, the heating block geometry may differ for the original Kobra, so we recommend checking your specific hotend assembly before purchasing.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this brass nozzle can handle safely?
A: The high-grade brass used in this nozzle is safe for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU filaments. We do not recommend it for abrasive materials like carbon fiber.
Q: Do I need any special tools to install this spray head?
A: No special tools are required. The unit is designed for tool-free replacement if your printer is warm, though we recommend using the included wrench or a small pair of pliers to ensure a tight seal when the unit is cool.
Q: Does this come with different nozzle sizes or just 0.4mm?
A: This specific listing includes the standard 0.4mm orifice. If you require 0.2mm, 0.6mm, or 0.8mm variants, please check our other product listings for the Kobra 2 Volcano Nozzle set.
