Great durability, needs careful installation
The build quality is excellent and it handles high temperatures very well. Just make sure you don't overtighten it during installation as the threads are precise. Once installed correctly, my prints have been flawless.

Solid upgrade for professional use
We use these in our farm of printers for prototype runs involving glass-filled nylon. They hold up much better than standard nozzles. The only minor downside is the slightly higher price, but the longevity justifies the cost.

Superior heat transfer
The chrome zirconium copper body provides fantastic thermal conductivity. I noticed my melt zone is more consistent, leading to better layer adhesion on complex geometries. Highly recommended for V6 hotends.

Easy swap and immediate improvement

Perfect for abrasive materials
I switched to this bimetallic nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and the difference is night and day. My standard brass nozzles would wear out in a few prints, but this one has lasted over 2kg of filament with zero degradation in print quality.

Finally solved my clogging issues
I was constantly getting partial clogs with wood-fill filament. This hardened steel tip prevents the particles from grinding down the interior walls. It's been running smooth for weeks now.
