Perfect for engineering filaments

I primarily print with Carbon Fiber Nylon, and this hotend handles the abrasion and heat requirements perfectly. The high-flow design prevents under-extrusion on large infill sections.

Solid upgrade but pricey

Worth every penny

Fast and reliable

Excellent upgrade for high-speed printing

Switched from a standard hotend to the Rapido 2.0 Plus and the difference in flow rate is night and day. The PT1000 sensor provides very stable temperature readings, allowing me to push PLA at high speeds without clogging.

Great performance, requires tuning

The build quality is solid and it handles ABS and PETG beautifully. However, you will need to recalibrate your PID settings and retraction distances to get the best results. Once tuned, it's a beast.

A: Yes, it is compatible, but you may need an adapter plate or a specific mount depending on your existing heatsink setup, as the Rapido form factor differs slightly from the stock Ender hotend.

Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous printing?

A: While the heater can reach higher temps, we recommend a continuous operating limit of 300°C for standard nozzles. With specialized high-temp nozzles, it can safely operate up to 350°C.
