Perfect replacement for abrasive filaments
I switched to carbon fiber PLA and my brass nozzle wore out in a week. This hardened steel assembly is a lifesaver. Installation on the V3 SE was straightforward and took less than 10 minutes.

Solved my clogging issues
Had constant clogs with the original extruder. Swapped this in and haven't had a single jam in over 50 hours of printing. Highly recommend for anyone doing heavy printing sessions.

Essential upgrade
If you own an Ender-3 V3 SE, get this spare or upgrade immediately. The hardened nozzle handles everything I throw at it, including wood-filled filaments.

Great quality, runs slightly hotter
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. I noticed the fan has to work a bit harder to keep the heatsink cool compared to the stock unit, but print quality remains top-notch.

Good value for money

Very impressed with the machining precision. The threads are clean, and the fit is perfect. No leaks or temperature fluctuations during long prints.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender 3, or just the V3 SE?
A: This assembly is specifically designed for the Ender-3 V3 SE. It may not fit the original Ender 3 or V2 due to differences in mounting brackets and connector types.
Q: How difficult is it to replace the nozzle itself if it gets damaged later?
A: The nozzle is standard threaded and can be replaced individually while hot using a wrench. However, we recommend replacing the entire assembly if the internal PTFE tube or heater fails.
Q: Does this come with a thermistor and heater cartridge pre-installed?
A: Yes, the unit arrives fully assembled with the thermistor and heater cartridge already installed and tested, ready for direct installation.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with abrasive materials like glow-in-the-dark filament?
