Solid performance

Works exactly as described. The black coating looks professional and seems to resist corrosion well. Only giving 4 stars because it took a bit longer to reach temperature stability compared to my old nozzle.

No more clogs

Perfect for abrasive filaments

I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and the difference is night and day. My brass nozzles used to wear out in a single spool, but this one is still going strong after three.

A: Generally, no major changes are needed. However, due to the different thermal conductivity of steel versus brass, you might need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C for optimal flow.

Q: Can I use this with regular PLA or only carbon fiber?

A: You can absolutely use this with regular PLA, ABS, PETG, and other standard filaments. It is optimized for abrasive materials but works perfectly fine with non-abrasive ones too.

Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the standard E3D V6 heater block?

A: Yes, this nozzle is designed specifically for the standard E3D V6 hotend system and fits directly into the heater block without modifications.

Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?

A: The package includes the nozzle and an installation guide, but it does not include a wrench. We recommend using a standard 7mm socket or a dedicated nozzle wrench.
