Solid build quality
The ceramic heater warms up very quickly. I deducted one star only because the instructions could be slightly more detailed regarding the wire routing, but overall a great product.

Great performance, minor fitment note
The heating efficiency is noticeably better than the stock unit. Just make sure to seat the silicone sock carefully; otherwise, it fits perfectly on my X1C.

Reliable and durable

Easy swap for beginners

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend to print carbon fiber nylon, and it works flawlessly. The installation on my P1S was straightforward, and the flow rate is excellent at high speeds.
Q: Can I use this for standard PLA printing?
A: Absolutely. While it is designed for abrasive filaments, it works perfectly fine with standard materials like PLA and PETG as well.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The assembly is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for most engineering-grade filaments.
Q: Does this come with a new heatbreak or just the nozzle block?
A: This is a complete hotend assembly, which includes the heated block, ceramic heater, thermistor, heatbreak, and the hardened steel nozzle.
