Good value bundle
Buying the nozzle and transition block together saved me some money compared to buying separately. The high-flow capability is real, though it does consume filament faster!

Significant upgrade for speed printing
Swapped my standard brass nozzle for this V6CHT setup and the difference in flow rate is incredible. I can now print at double the speed without losing quality. The copper block heats up very evenly.

Great performance but requires tuning
The parts are high quality and fit perfectly on my E3D V6. However, you definitely need to recalibrate your retraction settings and temperatures. Once dialed in, it prints beautifully.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I mainly print with carbon fiber filled PLA. The hardened steel nozzle handles the abrasion well, and the copper block ensures consistent melting. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

If you are trying to push the limits of your printer's speed, this is a must-have. The thermal efficiency of the copper block combined with the CHT nozzle geometry is a game changer.
Q: Is this compatible with the E3D V6 Lite?
A: Yes, this kit is fully compatible with both the standard E3D V6 and the V6 Lite hotends as they share the same threading and mounting dimensions.
Q: Can I use this with flexible TPU filament?
A: While possible, high-flow nozzles are generally optimized for rigid filaments. If printing TPU, we recommend reducing print speeds significantly and ensuring the path is direct to avoid jams.
Q: Do I need to change my heater cartridge or thermistor?
A: No, you can continue using your existing 12V or 24V heater cartridge and thermistor. However, ensure your power supply can handle the increased demand if you plan to print at very high temperatures.
Q: Does the package include thermal paste?
A: This specific bundle does not include thermal paste. We recommend applying a small amount of high-temperature thermal compound between the heater block and transition block for optimal heat transfer.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for the copper block?
