Great value pack
Getting five nozzles in different sizes is a fantastic deal. The threading is precise and they install easily on my E3D V6 clone.

Perfect for high flow printing
These volcano nozzles are exactly what I needed to increase my print speed. The 0.6mm option handles PLA+ beautifully without clogging.

Good quality, slight fit issue
The build quality is excellent and the finish is smooth. Had to tighten it a bit more than expected to get a perfect seal, but works great now.

Decent but not perfect
They work fine for standard projects, but I noticed minor layer inconsistencies at very high speeds compared to genuine brand nozzles.

Essential for abrasive materials
I bought the hardened steel version for printing carbon fiber nylon. It has lasted three times longer than my standard brass nozzles.

Boosted my production rate
Switching to the large aperture volcano nozzle cut my print times by 40%. Highly recommend for anyone doing bulk prototyping.
Q: Is a wrench included in the package for installation?
A: No, the package contains only the nozzles. We recommend using a standard 7mm socket wrench or a specialized nozzle removal tool for safe installation and removal while the hotend is warm.
Q: Can these handle temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius?
A: The brass nozzles are generally rated up to 300°C, while the hardened steel versions can safely operate at even higher temperatures, up to 450°C, depending on your hotend heater block capabilities.
Q: Do I need to change my slicer settings when switching to a 0.8mm nozzle?
A: Yes, you must update your slicer profile to reflect the new nozzle diameter. You will also likely want to increase your layer height and extrusion width to take advantage of the larger aperture.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Creality CR-10 stock hotend?
A: No, these are specifically designed for the E3D-V6 Volcano hotend system. The stock CR-10 uses a different throat length and thread configuration unless you have upgraded to a Volcano kit.
Q: What is the difference between the brass and hardened steel versions?
A: Brass nozzles offer better heat conductivity and are cheaper, ideal for PLA and PETG. Hardened steel nozzles are more durable and resistant to wear, making them necessary for abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark materials.
