Good longevity
I run my printer 24/7 for prototyping. These nozzles hold up well under continuous heat. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the packaging could be better protected to prevent tip damage during shipping.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. My old brass nozzles would wear out in a single spool, but these have lasted through three spools with zero degradation in print quality.

Easy installation
As a beginner, I was worried about swapping nozzles. These threaded on easily to my MK8 setup without cross-threading. The instructions included were clear, and my first print was successful.

Consistent extrusion
The internal bore is very smooth. I noticed immediately that my retraction settings worked better and stringing was reduced compared to my previous generic nozzles. Highly recommended for precision parts.

Great value, minor fitment issue on K1
Overall excellent nozzles for the price. They work flawlessly on my Neptune 3 Pro. On my K1, I had to tighten them slightly more than usual to get a perfect seal, but once seated, they perform perfectly.

Saved my printer head
Accidentally ran some dirty filament through my printer and clogged a standard nozzle. These hardened ones seem much more resistant to clogs and are easier to clean with a needle when maintenance is needed.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Creality Ender 3 V2?
A: Yes, the Ender 3 V2 uses an MK8 style hotend, which is fully compatible with these M6 threaded nozzles.
Q: Can I use these with nylon filament?
A: Absolutely. The dual-metal hardened steel construction is ideal for high-temperature and abrasive materials like Nylon, Polycarbonate, and Carbon Fiber composites.
Q: Do I need to change my temperature settings when switching to hardened steel?
A: Generally, no. However, because steel conducts heat slightly differently than brass, you might find increasing the temperature by 5-10°C helps with flow rate for certain filaments.
Q: What is the exact length of the nozzle?
A: The total length is approximately 23mm, which is the standard dimension for V6 and MK8 compatible nozzles, ensuring proper heating block alignment.
Q: Is this pack suitable for the Flashforge Adventurer 3?
A: No, the Flashforge Adventurer 3 uses a proprietary quick-swap nozzle system. These nozzles are designed for standard M6 threaded hotends like V6, MK8, and Volcano.
