Great durability, slight flow adjustment needed
The build quality is excellent and the hardened steel tip is very robust. I did have to tweak my flow rate slightly compared to my old brass nozzle, but once dialed in, the prints are perfect.

No more clogs!
Since switching to these hardened steel nozzles, my clogging issues with recycled filaments containing impurities have vanished. The smooth interior finish really helps with filament flow.

Essential upgrade for MK8 setups
If you are running an Ender 3 or similar MK8 setup and want to try exotic materials, buy these immediately. They handle high temperatures well and the bi-metal design ensures good heat transfer without the softness of pure brass.

Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The threading fits my hotend perfectly without leaking. Only giving 4 stars because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the nozzles themselves are top notch.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to these nozzles specifically for printing carbon fiber reinforced PLA. My standard brass nozzles wore out in a single spool, but these have lasted through three spools with zero signs of wear. Highly recommended.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature for these nozzles?
A: These nozzles are rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Please ensure your hotend heater and thermistor can also safely reach these temperatures.
Q: How many nozzles come in one package?
A: Each package contains 5 individual MK8 Bi-Metal hardened steel nozzles.
Q: Do I need to change my slicer settings when switching from brass to these?
